Qualifications

• ECE credential (preferred)

• Must have pediatric CPR and First Aid within 90 days of hire.

• Must have a qualifying letter from the state of North Carolina to work in childcare.

• Must have a Physical & Negative TB test upon start date.

• Prefer a minimum of 1 year experience in a childcare center.

• Must be flexible and able to multi-task.

A Lead Teacher Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
